I use this mat in my movement studio. It provides excellent traction for cardio and jumping/plyometrics.

I love this mat. This is my second one because my dog also loves this mat. I tend to get slippy in other mats and never loose my grip with this one. It has a smooth finish and absorbs any perspiration quickly. It is nice to have the extra thickness. It weighs more than many mats, but not a problem for me.

Good grip & sticky mat. The cons are that it smells very rubbery, it is heavy and it isn't very soft/bouncy for impact. But otherwise it exceeded my expectations on what I needed for my yoga practice in terms of a good grip, slip resistant mat.
