I’m 6’-2” and love the larger size of this mat for movement on all directions. However, I’ve been using it five days a week for almost two months, have washed it several times, and still struggle with slipping when hands and feet are even slightly warm.

So, this is a nice big surface for my flows, but it's too slippery to hold down dog even before I start sweating! Too bad.

The extra large size is nice, but the material is so dense it doesn’t really provide much of a cushion. Not terribly comfortable.
