i have used it several times and it helps to relax the tight muscles in my trapezius and butt muscles. The little cloth bag that hold them could be a little wider to be able to get them in and out easier. I want to find out online what other ways I can use them.

Perfect size and firmness

I have only used these once, but I do intend to use them much more often. I used them by my shoulder blades, and they did help my back with those little knots I get around my shoulder blades and neck.

I was using tennis balls before and these are a much better firmness, that feels much more comfortable.
