EQ Swimwear Galaxy Long Sleeve Rash Guard

I purchased this shirt in May, and it sat around for almost 3 weeks (in my home - not in the car or somewhere wet/hot) I used the shirt throughout June. - often, but never for laps, just wading. It's now two full weeks into July, and the shirt is Toast. I put in on today and the sleeve go down to my fingers. When the shirt is inside out there are patches that have lost all elasticity. I have a plain white cotton Tshirt that has lasted 2 full seasons, and I didn't even get half a season out of this. Heads up for any avid surfers, Avoid! You'll definitely shed this thing paddling out. There's no way the arm pits will last. Such a shame, this wasn't even on sale, and now I'm afraid to spend any money on another. All the other reviews were good, not sure if this one was a dud, but if you're a water baby TYR or bust.

I am 5' 9", 170 lbs, and 36B cup size. I ordered the XL for my broad shoulders (lol). The rash guard is loose, but I anticipate it will cling to my body once I get in the water so I am still happy with the size I purchased. I haven't worn it in the water yet, but I know it will be great. I was super excited to find a rash guard with such a fun pattern! I have extremely fair skin and even though bikinis are a cute style for the beach and pool, I can't afford to get burned or let the worry of reapplying sunscreen all the time ruin my water fun. The rash guard material is very breathable and cool. The only thing I don't like is that I dropped $56 on it. But, it is what it is!
