    Not a lap swimsuit

I purchased this in 2019 for 3x/weekly lap swimming after my 5th month of pregnancy when my normal swimsuit wouldn't fit anymore. I used it for lap swim 3 times a week for 4 months and it fit great over the bump but the top was a bit baggy and caused some drag. Second pregnancy in 2022, this swim suit is caput - it has frayed badly and the elastic has caused it become see through. Great suit it you want a one pregnancy beach suit, but not a lap suit or one for multiple pregnancies. Pity given the price of maternity swuitsuits.

    Barely any room for belly

The material isn't that stretchy, and there's very little extra fabric compared to a non-maternity bathing. At 22 weeks pregnant, it fit me everywhere but my belly. I can't imagine this fitting anyone past the second trimester, even those with small bumps.

    Second purchase of this suit!

I love this suit. I’ve actually purchased it twice. I bought it when I was pregnant with my first in 2016, and wore it frequently throughout pregnancy. I started wearing it as a regular swimsuit for going to swimming lessons with my daughter as it has great bust support and is modest without being frumpy! I wore it throughout my second pregnancy in 2019 and then it started to wear out around the boob area, so I purchased a new suit! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! 3 years of regular use (once a week in a pool) seems like a good deal to me! Highly recommend this style and brand!

    Good quality, unusual fit

I bought this suit so I could do aquatic therapy during my third trimester for pregnancy-related hip issues. Pros: -The material and stitching appear to be very high quality. The suit is fully lined, which is nice. I have been using the suit at least twice a week for two months now with no signs of fading or wear. -I really appreciate how high up the neckline of the suit comes. There's enough belly poking out right now for people to comment on that I don't really want my chest exposed as well. Cons: -As a previous reviewer mentioned, the choice of white as the liner color doesn't make a lot of sense. It's makes the suit appear to fade where it stretches across my bump. -I wish there was padding in the chest area. Aquatic therapy isn't exactly aerobic exercise, and I tend to get a little chilly by the end of my sessions, if you know what I mean. Not a problem for lap swimming, though. -My primary complaint is that the fit is...odd. Pre-pregnancy, I wore a size 34 suit, 34A bra, size 6/8 pants, for reference. I purchased a medium because I am long-waisted. I'm glad I did, but some parts of the suit are more 'medium' than others. It fits tighter through the hips than I expected, and is definitely getting more snug around the belly as I get closer to my due date. The 'band' portion of the suit falls about 4 inches below where my bra band does, which looks kind of strange - maybe because I'm long-waisted I stretch the length out? I don't know. But the biggest issue I have is in…

    Cute and True to Size

Great suit that stays in place for beach or lap swimming during pregnancy. The band is a very cute feature and I've received lots of compliments on the look this suit. It's lower over hips, has wide coverage over the chest area, and doesn't ride up in the buttock area. I'm 5'11"and XL size/C cup before pregnancy, and this XL fits well in third trimester, though there is a bit more room in the bust area for those who may need it. This suit has been perfect for me, although it could be improved with a darker inner lining (it comes with a white lining), to prevent the outer fabric from changing color slightly when it stretches (you can see this effect in the product photo where it appears a bit lighter over the belly). It would also be nice to have a bra built in for added support.
