Took this item to Daytona Beach and used it every time we went into the ocean. The waves was coming high and with force...this case stood up to all the activity that was going on!! Will purchase a larger one to hold a cellphone next time, this one is only large enough to hold your room key (card), couple of keys and a small basic cellphone. It WILL NOT hold a large phone such as a iPhone 6S Plus or Samsung Note.

I checked this with some tissue as suggested and it was fine then but!!! I put it into the gym pool at 3 feet of water with an old dead phone and it leaked! So glad it wasn't my I-phone and that I'm OCD about checking things.

Bought this bag to keep my cheap water-proof camera, keys, credit cards, and money dry and safely on me during my trip the Cayman Islands where I would be swimming with stingrays, dolphins, and snorkeling. Kept everything perfectly dry. Glad I bought it!

Held my travel wallet with money and a few cc's. Fit in large pocket of my swim trunks so did not have to use lanyard. Very satisfied with the product. Did not have to carry passport with me while swimming in pool or ocean but it could easily have held that as well. Spent a lot of time in the water.

So I purchased the DRY PAK for my iPhone knowing I would be near water and wanted to avoid damaging my phone. I made the mistake of not checking it before heading to our destination. When I removed it from the plastic wrapping, I noticed that the bottom plastic "seal" had a hole in it……maybe it was older sitting in a store room/warehouse or a defect of the product, but it was a huge disappointment to not be able to use it for its intended purpose. I'm sure it works great if it isn't defective, but make sure you check it before attempting to use it so that you don't encounter the problem I did.
