    yup, they work

    I do a lot of 1/2 ironmans and the runs are mid day. I wanted something that would help manage the heat. They were a little tricky to put on post swim, but not impossible. I liked being able to put ice in the sleeves while running. I did NOT find they restricted my movement. The SPF protection was nice too.
