I have the same or very similar sandal. I love them, they are light weight and comfortable after you break them in. These guys are not. They are terrible. The front strap that does over the width of the foot is not cut right. The older sandals have a flap that goes over the knuckle of the small toe. These do NOT, they cut into the toe between the first and second knuckle. I tried to adjust it and it is just made that way. I am disappointed. I am returning them for a refund. If you find some sandals that work, ALWAYS buy 2 or 3 pairs because its it so hard to get sandals that fit American feet. I believe these sandals were made in China, which tends to use patterns that ill fit Americans.

Overall, I like Columbia sandals. In this case there was no back of ankle strap adjustment which meant I could not adjust the sandals to fit properly. My large toe was hanging slightly over the front of the sandal. The next size might have worked better. I gave the sandals to my son whose foot was one size smaller and they fit him fine.

I got these to replace a pair of the same brand and size, just a different color, that I had worn out. Just getting them broke in, but they are very comfortable, like my old pair and could wear them all day!
