My new Chattra zafu allows me to sit comfortably and quiet my mind. I adjusted the amount of buckwheat filling to be just the right height...very easy to do. A plus is that the attractive blue ’ white block print cover fits in perfectly with other throw pillows I have.

I was having difficulties with my posture when I sat in my chairs, and sitting directly on the floor hurt my hips. This has helped both my posture and hips. I love it.
