So, I am 5'6" 130 lbs and wear a size 6 in pants. I ordered the size small and it fits great! I swam 1500 yards yesterday and these shorts stayed on without pulling, sagging, or falling off. I love these guys! Not too short in the crotch for my 47 year old body, and not too granny looking either (no offense to all the grannies out there). I am feeling too old for the bikini and this fit the bill perfectly. I couldn't be happier!

I’m 5’4 and 126 pounds with no hips and tummy pouch which usually make spandex roll over but These shorts stay in place and feel very comfortable
