    2 Review Stars By SM

The fabric is soft, but the cut was just weird on my short-waisted, chubby self.  I thought this would be a great to cover my postpartum, desk-dwelling body, but it disappointed across the board.  It seemed both too small (near the neckline) and too big (near the hem) at the same time. Still not sure how that happens.  Additionally, the bra was incredibly compressing, giving me a bad case of uniboob pancake.  It's going back.

Maybe it would work for longer and leaner folks?

ABOUT THIS BRAND

Carve Designs

On a surf trip to Mexico in 2003 Jennifer Hinton and Thayer Sylvester had a vision. They were two women surfers and athletes who were tired of squeezing their rears into boardshorts designed for juniors. Diving head first, they took a leap of faith, quit their jobs and dedicated themselves to designing and manufacturing boardshorts for women that would fit well and look great in and out of the water.

Since then, Carve Designs has evolved into an active apparel company offering a full range of technical water sports apres surf and lifestyle collections to take you through the seasons. Their goal is the make clothes that fit well and are functional, feminine and flattering. They love what they do: pioneering a brand for the Carve woman, one who is passionate, fun, versatile, organic, feminine and inspirational. As they embark on their sixth year at Carve Designs, they continue to enjoy the ride.
