I took off a star because these are super light weight and I'm not sure how long they will last. Super comfy with the elastic waist and fit great and true to size. But, I am a marine biologist and bought these to go over my suit this field season, so I'm not sure how long they will last for that kind of activity. Would be great for going to the beach or pool or for summer hiking.

Shorts felt more like pajama shorts than board shorts. I'm a size medium and these were way too big and the elastic around waist sticks out. Didn't like how thin they were. Guess it depends on what you're looking for in a pair of board shorts.
