Excellent product. Tried many other defoggers and this one works best. Could not swim without it.

Finally - I can see out of my goggles as I swim. What I need to do is clean the lens first and I haven't yet figured out how to do it, but even on a somewhat dirty lens - the product helps.

Just follow the directions and swim! No fogging at all!

A small drop on a dry lens is all you need. Rub it in with your finger tip and polish with a clean dry soft cloth. Dry is the key word here! When putting your goggles on try not to get any water on the inside vision area as it tends to be blurry where the water droplets are. When you are finished swimming, rinse with cool tap water and dry again with a clean towel
