11/15/2011 not effective in keeping hair dry

Got this for my 10 year old. It was too small to cover all her hair, which is not that much.

I had high hopes for this item. The material gets soaking wet and my hair is completely wet. Not what I hoped for. While I realize nothing will keep you completely dry, this material is too much like swimsuit material and when I get out of the pool, I feel as though I didn't have a cap at all. I have used plastic caps underneath however, my hair is still soaking wet. I think this has a reasonable fit, but serves no real purpose. If I wanted to keep chlorine out of my hair, it failed the test as again, my hair was soaking wet.
