If you are comfortable with a small type brief then this is for you. It fits very good, don't even use the draw string.

I normally wear briefs, but tried this because it was on sale. It is low rise like briefs, but with more coverage over the hips. I found it more comfortable than I expected. It is lined in front only and seems true to size. The tie string was sufficiently long. I will purchase another when this wears out.
