Before using this stuff, I'd have to stop and adjust my goggles after every lap. With just 2 squirts of this stuff, I'm able to easily complete 10 laps without any fogging. Definitely worth it!

Of the many antifog products I've used over the years, Arena's spay is the most effective and easiest to use. Just spray into goggles, spread the film evenly over the lens with your fingertip if desired, and then just put on the goggles. No need to let the lens dry. The liquid won't irritate your eyes, and the antifogging will last for as long as you swim.
