I lead a group of water exercisers in deep water routines.
The pool where we exercise has only one type of buoyant dumbbells, so I bought these light water dumbbells for someone in the group who cannot use high resistance dumbells due to a hand issue. She reports that these light dumbbells are easy to use and they do not bother her hands. Thanks to these light dumbbells she can complete the entire dumbbell routine.

I think these weights are exactly what I ordered. I wish they came in various colors so I could pick mine out of the pack more easily, but that's a minor point. They are fine for use in water aerobics.

My daughter lifts weights but doesn't get lots of time with a 1 year old. These are weights for him so he can work out with her. He doesn't know how yet but I am sure they will work!

When I called to order weights I didn't want "light" ones but ones not too heavy. The ones I bought were useless--way to light for deep water aerobics. I couldn't return them because I had to try them out in the water. Now I'm stuck with new products that I can't use. I'm very disappointed!!
