7/31/2017 Busted zipper and zero customer support

Aquasphere used to offer exceptional suits. Unfortunately, things have changed. Less than 30 days on the racer suit and the zipper busted. Aquasphere advised me to find "local places and seeing if they have a compatible zipper that they can sew in for you". They will not fix the suit nor supply me with a new zipper. It took 6 weeks to receive this response. It's my fourth Aquasphere suit, but given their lack of standing by their product, it will be my last. Such a shame, a once quality company, now providing inferior product. Best to purchase from a different manufacturer.
