3/13/2013 Smushed eyelids!
I was seeking goggles that wouldn't put so much pressure on my eye sockets, and these definitely fit the bill, as the eye part is much wider, and the suction more distributed than in other goggles. BUT...they are so flat on the face that they actually smushed my eyelids and lashes. Every blink was irritating. I ended up giving them away after trying them three times. Sigh. The search continues!

8/17/2012 Didn't work for me
Tried the Kaiman after reading great reviews. Unfortunately, they didn't work well for me. Leaked and I found the suction to be too much. Had double vision for 1 1/2 hours after.

10/10/2011 Lackluster performance
I ordered these goggles because you apparently no longer have the Speedo Baja goggles. The Kaiman goggles leak. I tried tightening them, but no matter how tight I made them, they still leaked. I will buy the Speedos somewhere else.

12/1/2010 very comfortable but fills with water
I received these goggles and they are so comfortable. However, they completely fill with water and are unusable. It is back to the drawing board.

7/23/2010 Not for Me
Pros: * Very comfortable * Durable * Easy to adjust on the fly strap * Great peripherial vision Con: * Leaks My right orbital bone is not compatible with these goggles - leakage. Also I cannot push off wall with moderate speed or make slight movements around the eye area because it would leak quite a bit even with over tightening of the strap.

7/6/2010 Changing my review--Leaky!
I wrote my previous review too soon. At first these seemed like they were going to be great, but after about 2 or 3 swims, I found that they became increasingly difficult to adjust so that they wouldn't leak. Then they were too tight and making marks on my eyes anyway. It could be that my face is too narrow for them...I'm going to try the lady version and see how they work for me. Leaking became so frustrating, I had to switch back to my vanquishers. Have to put up with raccoon eyes, but at least I can continue my workout without stopping. I'm disappointed, as I thought I'd found the perfect goggles,

4/15/2009 Not a great fit for me
I don't need low profile goggles for my recreational swim. I have had goggles like these, but for whatever reason these just do not fit me very well.
