Streamline in water, Tension-Free
When I saw this board in-person, I thought "oh no, I'm going to sink" because it seemed tiny and flimsy... but not only did this kickboard provide adequate amount of support, it allowed me to become more stream-lined through the water. A thicker board wouldn't give me as much streamline. In addition, I was surprised at what a difference having customized hand placement made when it came to the tension my neck and back has with regular kickboards. So glad I chose this kickboard!

Great ergo board
Due to lifetime injuries, this board relieves a lot of the pressure on my shoulders standard kick boards create. By being able to adjust via this board my back also feels so much better. Highly recommend this for anybody having difficulties with a standard kick board. Used during my hourly work outs. Love this board. Over 65 years of age.
great board for beginners and and old wrinkly water dogs like me... you can adjust your grip and thus lengthen or shorten the board as needed.
i also turned it around to get more resistance for extra workout usage.
this is a nice board. highly recomemnd. Swim Outlet is a great place to shop.
Works well & very versatile
I almost never use a board for kicking and, as a coach, don't encourage my swimmers to use one unless they use it properly, i.e., face in the water, with hands positioned and breathing as you would when swimming the stroke. However, I recently sustained a shoulder injury that looks like it's going to relegate me to a lot of kick sets. Having decided to get a kickboard, I looked for one that was not too large to allow kicking with face in the water and that had a variety of hand holds to simulate the hand positions when swimming the various strokes. The Aqua Sphere ErgoBoard definitely fit the bill. As some reviewers have pointed out, it is on the small side, particularly for bigger swimmers. I am a 75-year-old male, 5'10", 175 lbs and find it provides more than enough buoyancy and the versatility to properly position the hands for different strokes. I've given it a good workout with all four strokes and am extremely satisfied. Perfect for my needs and the best of any of the many other boards I've tried in my 20+ years of Masters Swimming. It is very light. Remains to be seen how well it holds up.
Cute "little" board
That little special something needed: A child to use it. My suggestion is to check the dimensions before waiting 10 days for delivery.Thank you SwimOutlet for allowing the return. :)
aqua sphere ergoboard
For holding me up while doing kicks in water aerobics, it beats the empty alcohol jugs we were using (which messed up my thumb). It is very aquadynamic, but perhaps could be more buoyant--just a little bit more would feel more solid. It is flexible, which is wonderful, but I hope it won't break any time soon. Very good design.
Helps decrease shoulder pain. Used in workouts. At present no cons.
