I have a 30” waist and thought that the size 28 would fit because of the sizing chart. When I got them, they were well made, just too small. I had to return for the next size up. We will see how they fit when they get here.

Fits snug but not too tight. Wear 31 in jeans and ordered a 30. Only worn it a dozen times in the pool but can say I will definitely buy this jammer again.
