The shoe itself looked like fine quality, but it was labeled as a kids size 5, and when it came it was a UK women's size 5, which is an adult women's US size 7, so this was definitely not what was listed. The size chart did not include anything for the size 5 that I ordered, so I wouldn't have been able to look up additional info. This is the only time I have been unsatisfied with something from this website. They did honor my request for a return when this happened.
