Hi, I plan to buy a carbon swimsuit and would be pleased to receive your advice. I'm more of a short-distance swimmer and my main types are butterfly and freestyle. Which one should I take in your opinion? Ultra? Flex? Pro? or Air? Thank you in advance.
Bonjour, je ne sais pas quelle taille de Carbon pro je devrai prendre ! Je fais du 36 en maillot ! Pensez vous que du 30 en combinaison ferrai l'affaire ?
When sizing for tech suit it is best to get your current chest, waist and hip measurements and then compare those to the sizing chart for that exact suit. Sizing charts can be located just below the size selection and just above the add to cart button on each product page. This will ensure you are purchasing the proper size.
My daughter swims free and fly and I would like to get her a carbon pro race suit, I’ve looked for one on your website but could only find ultra, flex and air, can you help me please?
We apologize, we are run out of the carbon pro suits. We have yet to know when they will be restocked, though, please keep on checking from time to time.
what is the difference between the carbon flex and the carbon ultra? i swim just about everything from sprint to distance, but mostly swim the 100 and 200 backstroke and 100 fly.
Hi Kate! The Arena Carbon Ultra is the newest tech suit offered in Arena’s Carbon line. Here’s a breakdown on this high-performance suit.
The Carbon line of suits are one of the most popular series of suits for competitive swimmers.
The Arena Carbon Ultra suit is the newest of them all. Here’s a quick review on the Ultra and what you need to know about:
What’s New with the Ultra? Higher amount of elastane (47%) and carbon fiber than other Carbon tech suits.
New design and compression paneling. called “Infinity Loop” inner construction, this updated design is supposed to be able to better connect muscle groups.
It’s rated as having the most amount of compression possible in their Carbon line.
Priced similarly, if not slightly more expensive, compared to the other Carbon suits.
Because of its high level of compression, and the updated inner layer of paneling and grids, the suit is pretty tough to get on.
HELLO CAMILO, THE CARBON FLEX HAS A PATENTED V-FLEX SYSTEM, WITH REVOLUTIONARY PLACEMENT OF THE FRONT & REAR SEAMS, PROVIDING SWIMMERS WITH MAXIMUM RANGE OF MOTION & FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT.
THE CARBON PRO HAS A EXTERNALLY SEAMLESS, TWO-PANEL CONSTRUCTION, WITH STRATEGIC PLACEMENT OF SEAMS IN THE HIPS & THIGHTS, HELPING MAXIMIZE THE SWIMMER'S POWER & SPEED.
My son will be competing in a championship at the end of the month, we are trying to get him a back suit. We have the carbon Pro which we purchased two weeks ago for him, and did fantastic in his events, now he's complaining it has stretched. We cannot find any more carbon pro's the Mark 2's as they were n older version. Any other suit you can recommend ?. he will be swimming the 50 and 100 Breast, and 200 Free relay , 200 Medley relay, and the 400 Free relay.
Hi, I've been looking at the carbon series and I love it! I really like the arena carbon pro, but I don't know what size to get. I'm 5,6 140lbs. I usually wear a 30 in a practice suit. Many people said to size up, but I don't know if I should. PLEASE HELP!!
Hi Calvin, We need your measurements to suggest a size. Can you provide your waist and hip measurement. What brand are you currently wearing a size 30 in for your practice suit?
Hi, I bought an Arena Carbon Pro two years ago and I felt fast swimming in it. I was wondering if there was a big difference(if any) between that and the Arena Carbon Pro Mark 2? I've also worn the Carbon Flex and did not like it as much so I wanted to go back to what I prefer. Any tips will help! Thanks!

All of the suits are great for all strokes but the more popular choice is the Flex VX because it offers both compression and flexibility.
