How inspiring for the swimmers would this be to a smaller club who normally would not be given the opportunity like this. I know we are in Airdrie, Canada but if there was a chance of having someone visit our team that would be beyond amazing to our group of very dedicated swimmers. Our coach is amazing and our team has won the banner for 6 yrs in a row at provincials for most points for a small team. This would be so exciting!!

Wow, love that these wonderful swimmers give of their time to come to local pools and inspire. We all know that just a drop of inspiration can grow into something great. Fantastic job on promoting and executing this idea, SwimOutlet!

A small island (Jamaica) with a few running tract and only one 50M competition pool with lots of aspirants for competition. Competitive swimming in Jamaica is experiencing a re-birth, with enrollments steadily increasing and long standing age group records being erased. This dramatic enrollment growth necessitates an appearance or two from a role model to further increase the interest in the sports.

This will go a far way in "Building champions in the pool and in life."

Great to see you guys supporting Masters Swimming! Apparently the Fitter and Faster tour is also now supporting Masters Swimming. Bring it on! We can use more swim clinics in the Southeast!

All three of my children are swimmers and have been swimming since a very young age. My two oldest swim now in High School and I would love to surprise their swim coach with a visit from Ryan Lochte, or any role model swimmer. Never have my kids enjoyed the sport more so than now with such an awesome role model. Coach Bart is considering retiring soon and it would be a special honor to him and so cool to have this opportunity, he truly deserves it. Thank you!!

One competitive swimming pool 25 yards long with 6 lanes.
One competitive swimming pool for a 160,000 city population.
One competitive swimming pool used by 4 high schools.
One competitive swimming pool with a waiting list for kids to join the swim club.

One competitive group of young children who work hard, rarely complain and
compete at their highest level.

Having an Olympian deliver the goods to our pool would be news worthy. This could open the eyes of the city council and could be the tipping point needed to start looking into developing a proper swimming pool that could accommodate the needs of these kids. It's not easy telling a child who wants to swim that he can't because there it not enough room.

Thanks for listening
-Keep swimming

I love to swim. Swimming is my life. My team (Wild West Aquatic Club) started 4 years ago so we are a new team. We have maybe 45 swimmers at the most. We swim at 2 pools: City of Las Cruces Frenger Pool (because it costs less) and NMSU swim pool. The NMSU pool costs a lot for our team to swim at but, our coaches feel that it is necessary to spend more money than we have to ensure that we try our best to compete well at our meets. Frenger is basically the only pool we have enough money to swim in. The other day, as I was walking by my coaches, I heard their discussion that we may not be able to swim as Wild West Aquatics Club anymore because of our money problems. Our team started on just tips earned by our two coaches from working at Domino's. We are very poor and need money to help us swim. I really enjoy this team more than any of the other teams I have ever swam for. This team is like my family, we always feel more comfortable around each other and share everything with each other. We have 2 swimmers who swim with ASU and one who went to the Olympic trials for Canada who is swimming for the University of Michigan. If our team is not able to pay the expenses anymore, I will have no team left. I do not want to go back to a different team because they have too many swimmers to pay attention and help us with our technique and help us live our dreams. I hope to one day become an Olympic swimmer, but if our team looses its money entirely, I will not be able to live that dream and my fellow teammates feel the same. My team would love to receive a gold metal delivery! My friend and I have met Matt Grevers, Peter Vanderkaay, Annie Chandler, Amanda, and Michael Phelps at a Tucson Az, swim meet. I would love to meet Ryan Lochte and Missy Franklin and Michael Phelps because they are the best swimmers of all time! They are my role models and my team has trained so hard, given all we can, and we are running out of funds to keep ur team going. We have to practice sometimes at 5;00 in the morning because that is the only time we can get into NMSU and then again at 4:00 in the afternoon at Frenger. I really hope that you consider us and pick us! I love Swim outlet (my friends and I get all our suits here)!

I travel an hour to swim with my winter team and in the summer I swim for my hometown rec team and still practice with the other team.I would rather have gills than breathe air. I am in High School and want more than anything to have a HS team. On my own I am working on trying to put together a presentation to get my Athletic Directors attention.
I think my team would be speechless if you came to visit me in Missouri but most of all HOW COULD MY H.S. ATHLETICS DEPT.AND SUPERINTENDENT NOT NOTICE how dedicated some of us are to sich an incredible sport!!!!! Please pick my team????????

I was unable to get the submit form to work so thought I would try here with everyone else. We are a very new team from The Athletic Club of York (PA). We are only 17 strong and many first timers out for our summer season. It has always been my dream to build an aquatics program and 3 years I started with an email to the owner and here we are. Growing every year, slowly I have a zero dollar budget for marketing, equipment and extras. My kiddos have a lot of heart. We give an Iron Dawg award to someone who goes above and beyond Determination, Attitude, Work, Guts and Self Discipline (DAWGS). I ended up giving out 3 last winter because that is how hard they work. I know these brand new swimmers who make me smile everyday would love to see where they can end up. We would love to show you our PA Dutch hospitality....

My daughters swim for Long Beach Aquatics in Long Beach New York. All of the children,as well as the coaches from this swim team, were directly impacted by hurricane Sandy. Nine months later we are still not back in our home pool. Yet despite the major hurdles these kids and coaches left all that outside the pool and really committed themselves to swim. What a great experience this would be for them.

My son swims for Riptide Swim Club in Hammond, LA. He's 15 and just started swimming for the team this year. He took a class on the strokes last summer, swam for Hammond High Magnet School last fall and joined the Riptide team right afterwards. Their coach, Judith, does a great job with them. Riptide is a small team. They could really use the boost that a swimmer like Ryan Lochte or any other Olympian would give them! I have ordered from your website several times for Alec for jammers and for lifeguard suits. Please consider us!

Hello.. my name is Courtney and I am a swimmer from Dunlap Dolphins Swim Team. My team is huge for the size of our pool but that just lets us all get closer to each other (emotionally of course!:) I'm sure I'm not just speaking for myself when I say that we all look up to and respect Ryan and personally he is one of my heroes. We've had some problems in the past of the more advanced swimmers putting down the slower swimmers but even then we pulled through and we have managed. More than anything I believe that if we win this delivery and Ryan shows up to my pool we could come together as a team and learn how to love each other even more no matter the skill level.

We are a small team (only 71 youth members and 40 Masters) but we are a family. We all got together during the Olympics and watched on a big screen from a member's pool! We consider ourselves very special and we show it. You can always recognize our team at meets by our pink caps... yep, you read that right. All our kids wear Irving Swimmers pink caps, even the boys (they actually think it's pretty cool). THAT's how proud we are of our team. Having an Olympian visit would really put us on the map!

I really love the idea of having a Olympian visited the teams! Both of my kids swim for Tidal Wave in Kennesaw GA. They also swim on a summer league team. I believe that the kids only get what the coaches put in. We have some great coaches. I lwould love to see you surprise the coaches with your presence! It would also boost the kids to want to work harder!

Our children would be incredibly inspired and excited if an Olympian showed up our facility in Philadelphia, PA. All of the children work very hard under the guidance of our legendary Coach Jim Ellis. Our team is young, growing, and we swim fast! Of course a visit by any Olympian would be awesome, but a visit by Cullen Jones, Ryan Lochte, Michael Phelps, Missy Franklin, or Lia Neal would be completely off the charts! Let's make it happen! : )

Hey, pretty sad, but we don't even have a water polo team! BUT we have a brand new small swim team that's struggling with getting the idea of SWIMMING into the area. We just started and it's hard in a small town! This would be a big deal to get an OLYMPIAN here! We need the love! THANKS! :) We practice in what we have - SMALL four lane 25 yard indoor pool. HELP get the word out - we are striving to get an aquatics facility here, get swimming into the schools - how much healthier this community would be!?! Consider us!

This is my second year as head coach for the Girls Water Polo team for the Alemany Warriors. Last year was a rough start since I was the 3rd coach for many of the girls who have played for 4 years. Now our team is beginning to really bond. In fact, after watching the Ladies on the National Team win Gold in London, we have adopted the motto found at the ODP training pool in Colorado: Are You Willing? These young ladies are very young, in fact most of my varsity team is made up of girls who have only played competitively for a year or less. Maggie Steffens is absolutely idolized by the girls. It would mean the world if an olympic athlete would be able to make a Gold Medal delivery from Swimoutlet to continue to inspire these athletes who may be young, but are absolutely dedicated to the game that I have loved since I was 14 years old.

Im a member of the HAHS Cougars water polo team and our boys and girls teams are doing awesome this year! Both have made it to Conference Championships and States is a great oppurtunity for us as well. The water polo program is the only one out of all the sports programs in our school to advance to this level. Regardless, water polo is considered an easy sport in our school and we have little interest from the students to join. Our team has been experiencing lots of set backs, including the budget and the fact that our team suits arent in yet! Which we ordered almost 4 months ago. The team has been having a lot of internal conflict and we're not the family which we used to be. I think that something as huge as recognition by swim outlet, and the chance to meet an olympic athlete may be just the boost we need to prove to our school just what water polo is.
