This is a great product in terms of improvement and speed. You feel really light in the water and I dropped time on all of my events the first time I wore it. IF YOU WEAR A 26 IN SPEEDO OR ARENA, WEAR A 28 IN THiS JAMMER. Just do one size down from your practice jammer size. It was hard for me to put on and I normally wear a 30 in practice and went a 28 in this suit. But I would recommend this suit to anyone. Also just know that when you put it on, the waistband is very, very small so you really have to inch by inch pull the suit up. Overall, I would say this is a very good suit!

I used this suit to compete in championship meet I dropped times in all of my events (4) The only bummer was the back end of the suit leaked water in I am 6"5" so the high short worked well for my size frame

I am 6" 0" and 167 lbs. the size chart says that a size 28 would fit people who are 5"9"-6"0" and 140-160 lbs so i figured i would go with that because when it comes to racing suits, the tighter the better. i usually wear a size 26 in tracers, but when i got this suit i could not get it up past my mid thigh because the waist didnt stretch for crap! despite this, i was extremely happy with the overall build quality. the fabric felt fantastic.
