I love this product and use it frequently to end my yoga practice. I would love it even more if it was more like the old style. They've redesigned it and, while the quality is the same, the older model was taller and featured a steep slope on one side and a more gentle slope on the other. This way you could change your routine up more.

An amazing tool for correcting a multitude of back problems

Only 4 pieces to this item, Very easy to set up and take apart. It lies flat and can be popped into it's own black carry bag, weighs nothing. The block on top is adjustable and moves to support the head, it stretches out the spine and of course opens up the chest. Very comfy.The carry bag Shoulder strap is long and so fits across the body. It'seasy to carry around. I take it to the yoga classes I teach, I set it up in the corner and allow students to lie on it to stretch out their spines if they are having a hard time with the poses. Some students have Parkinsons disease or rheumatoid arthritis and it gives them a gentle way to relax but still participate in the class. Wish I had a few of these instead of one.
