Good work out suite. The suit feels big and starts to billow when swimming. Will get the suite again but a smaller size.

I ordered this suit in a size up, since the Finis recommendation was to size up. When the suit arrived it was huge. So, I returned it and ordered the next size down. When it arrived, it was entirely too large in the chest - baggy. I think there's something wrong with these suits actually.
I will say, as usual, SwimOutlet.com is very helpful!
