I haven't worn this cap as yet because I don't really submerge my head into the water while doing aerobics. It looks like any other swim cap so I'm sure it will be fine.

This cap is VERY thin, and honestly feels and smells like putting a balloon on your head. It is tricky to get your hair in it once you have it on. Also, it seems to ride up while I am swimming... Will not order a latex cap again.  I recommend a silicone one instead.

I purchased this swim cap, although it is made very well and does stay on your hair, I have very thick hair and long so I had somewhat of a problem getting this to stay on.
