This is a wonderful whistle! Not only is it comfortable in your mouth, it is ear-ringingly loud. It is true that you cannot over-blow. The only real disadvantage (if you would call it that) is that it cannot be blown quietly like some whistles with beads. It's either loud or louder, which is great for my lifeguard duties but may not be for others.
I only use Fox40's when officiating volleyball. The CMG guard is an added bonus regarding comfort!
Easy to use, nice lanyard, kids can hear it - it's all good!
The Whistles are very loud and very colorful.
Works well even after wet. the Lanyard seem a little poor in quality. Have had some problems with reconnecting.
