I love this, it is fantastic!
Best swimming player so far:Pros: Small (little drag) Has good sound (but be sure to use the "blue" ear adapters) Holds charge Easy to programCons: No music Shuffle (at least as far as I have able to determine so far) Adequate controlsI would recommend this product to anyone who does lap swimming - the "blue" ear plugs are a must (the only ones I have found so far that actually seal my ear canal and stay in when doing flip turns)
I haven't had any problems with this. I swim from 4-8 hours a week, and only have to charge it once a week. I don't wear goggles, so I safety pin it to my suit, clip it on one of my barrettes and away I go. Swimming would be very boring now without it!!
I purchased this player to make the boring laps go faster and what a great buy!!! It is a dream to get music on it and off of it. the headphones are plenty loud for what i needed, I did notice that you have really push them in your ears so that the water doesn't get between the headphones and your ear, I did have one speaker that seemed to get muffled during a swim but i took off the ear pieces blew them out with low pressure air and let them dry and haven't had a issue...I think i have used them about 18-20 times since i got it and no other issues My only gripe is that you cant shuffle the songs, which of course i haven't read the manual so you might be able to and i have not looked but a good buy for what a i wanted
I'm still getting used to this, but it certainly makes my swim workouts go faster. I'm still experimenting with where to put everything, but lately I just stick the player down the front of my suit. It seems to be simpler than dealing with a lot of clips. I put on the earbuds and then cover my ears with a silicone cap. I seem to get some water in my ears, which impedes the sound. I still get the beat and can understand what song I'm listening to even though the sound isn't really sharp. I had thought about listening to audio books while swimming, but it won't do for that.
Really cool, takes some getting used to, and you aren't going to race with it, but this really helps with the monotony of staring at that dumb line on the bottom of the pool.
