Size: Feels true to size

I wanted a modest and functional bathing suit for my daughter. This suit is exactly that. She's curvy, so many suits tend to ride up on her and end up looking like a thong - not exactly appropriate for an 8-year-old. This one stays in place, and is also sporty and cute. The price was perfect too. One word of caution - ignore the size number completely and buy solely on measurements. My daughter wears a 10 regular in clothing. According to the Speedo sizing guidelines, she wears a 14 in a swim suit. The 14 fits her perfectly but I wouldn't have ordered that size had I not carefully measured first.

I bought this for my 7 yr old daughter who swims 3 times a week for practice. She uses her team suit for meets. My daughter is VERY picky and LOVES this suit. I bought 2 in different colors which are very flattering and look very sleek. Speedo brand suits seem to last a long time and fit great...she feels very comfortable in them. I only had one very small problem and it was the tag on her side..it bothered her but once I snipped it off it was good to go.
I highly recommend this suit!!
