This seems to be moving back to the old cut; the sides are closer to 1" again. A very good thing.

I swim 1500 meters every day and enjoy the leg freedom this swimsuite gives me. Excellent fit. I have ordered this in the past and will keep order this in the future. The only concern I have is that the color starts to get faded after a few weeks. After daily use for 8 weeks it start loosing it shape.

Great suit, broke it in doing the Polar Bear Plunge New Year's Day.2012. Suit looks great and fits great. I've been using it for lap swimming and it's comfortable.

When I purchased the Speedo Solar 1, I chose the white out of all of the colors. It seemed like a really good idea at the time, but it wasn't. Despite all of the other reviews that said it is not see through, it is when wet. I am a competitive diver, so the it's best that the speedo looks good, and it does when I'm dry, but when I get wet...well...you can probably imagine. For all intensive purposes, this swim brief does fine, but be warned if you chose white.
