They're okay. It feels tighter than the size. The other bathing suit we bought works much better

I was looking for a general all around short.  Swimming, running, weights, ect.  This is a really good short.  Good length, drys very quickly.  The only down side would be how the shorts are designed if you are attempting to bring your legs up high for an exercise or swim breaststroke there is not enough give to allow you to do it freely.

great swim shorts, hard to find shorts that are real shorts and don't hang down past your knees
