I use it to carry my gym stuff. I wanted something that breathes, big enough to fit everything, that would fit on the tiny locker, and comfortable to carry while I ride my bike. This bag is great, except maybe a little too big (I am 5'3, so that may be part of it). I can fit all my clothes, the water bottle and a bunch of other stuff and there is still plenty of room. I like that the straps are pretty wide.

My son is on a swim team and this bag carries all his equipment, however I had to sew a zipper bag in it to carry his goggles and Money and such.

nice size holds everything plus and dries out nice and quick so nothing can mold

So far I am pleased with the bag as it carries my TYR swim short and a towel handily.  I place my swim pass in the I.D. slot.  A few months ago I ordered a cheap ($6.99) bag from Swim Outlet, but it did not last.  The bag came apart from the stitching where I closed the bag.  I noticed that Swim Outlet does not carry the described item any longer.

The cheaper bag did have a pocket on the inside for valuables that closed with velcro.  That is missing on the Speedo Deluxe Mesh Bag, but the contruction of the Speedo bag is superior and I believe will last much longer.   I hope that Speedo will offer an inside pocket on their future editions.

This bag is exactly what our swim team was looking for. It's big enough for my swimmers to carry all of their gear and can be worn as a backpack. It's the perfect bag for our age group swim team.
