The order was delivered promptly, and the swim suit  (color, fabric and size) is exactly as I expected.

The breast area is not adjustable. I bought the size 32 and I have C cups. My breasts basically 'float' in that suit area and cleavage is very revealable as it doesn't stay close to chest. The stretch area is stretching out already,also.
The inner swim suit is comfortably tight to skin, but the outer blue polyester hangs alittle. I bought this by the sizing chart so I felt comfortable in ordering it. I'm just not too comfortable wearing it.

I bought this a size large and its hard to get on. It feels like its made out of teflon and the straps in the back are impossible to attach, I had to have them removed.
