Not very strong; good for goofing around or for getting young kids used to the idea of wearing fins, but don't really do a whole lot.
very bad band to adjust feet size will not lock so it will not work notfor a for a lap
Cheap, effective, wonderful for children. Not hard and uncomfortable like other children's fins. Packaging says "adjustable head strap". That made me laugh.

These are really small, probably toddler at most. They were way too small for my 5-year old.
The size is MUCh smaller than you think it will be. Flipper size fits my 1 and 2 year olds, not my 5 year old.
