Over all a very good fit, the leg holes are a little snug on me, but that is usually the case. If it lasts more than 6 monthes it will be my favorite.

It fits in the waist, but unless you have stick thin legs, the legs will be tight. I'm 5'11, 165 lbs and ordered a size 32 which I had to return for a size 34 because the legs were way too tight. I kept the size 34, but the waist is too big and the legs are still snug. Other than that, good suit.
