It's a bit small but it works for me, even though I'm a tall gal.  I bought it just for doing laps and for sitting on when working my arms out.

I teach  Water Aerobics  for Seniors.  I wanted to introduce something new for them and purchased these kickboards to use in the class.  We push them down in the water to feel the water resistance, and they warm up with them kicking from one side of the pool to the other.  They just love them so much I can hardly get them away from the Seniors so we can proceed with the other exercises they need to do.  The quality is good and they are holding up just fine with all the use they are getting.  They dry over night and are ready for me to take to the pool for the next session.

My only complaint is that I wish it were a little longer, but otherwise it is serving it purpose in helping train for a triathalon.
