I wear size 14 for land clothes, but I usually have to order smaller for swimsuits--got a 36 here. It was a little hard to get into, but after that I could swim, do turns, push off quickly against the wall, etc. and it stayed in place and held me in very well. I think a 38 or 40 would've been better for me because the back string is a bit tight and creases my back; it's not uncomfortable, just unflattering. So the Speedo racing size conversion chart is true to size.
I got pink, which is just like in the picture. The pink is a hot pink, and the pattern's size is accurately represented. There are no foam bra cups, but the whole suit is lined and nothing shows through. If you are very big busted, you might have trouble staying in. The pink string on the back is not adjustable, which is why getting the right size is important.
Overall, it's very sleek, feels good, and looks really cool. Definitely recommend it--just don't order 2 sizes too small like I did! =) |
