This is my 3rd pair in 2 years. I am a size 10 shoe and they seem fit tight enough that my foot doesn't slip. They are great for training and for flip turns. I like the mid length fin, helps with speed and conditioning. They don't hold up well to chlorine the thins rubber on the upper part near the toes has failed on both pairs after 7-8 months of 4 workouts per week. I like them better than long fins or the other brand.

Three out of my 4 kids can wear these with no issue, however, one of my children has slightly wider feet and these have been extremely uncomfortable for her. I bought size 1-3 since she wears a 1 1/2 shoe, and they fit fine in length. However, they are extremely difficult for her to put on, and cause her feet to hurt while swimming. Her coach says she needs to wear them at home to try to stretch them out a little, but geez... $30 for something that hurts to wear.

I wear a size 11 shoe. I ordered an 11-13 size but I get blisters and they are very tight and leave marks on my feet after swimming for 30 minutes. I am thinking about going to a 13 to 15 size.

Definitely helps me get warmed up though I really can't get a good workout with them on. Going to try a short blade fin for that.

I am finally writing this review after a full year of owning it. Let me tell you this is a great fin. I used this fin about everyday at swim practice and have had no problem with it. Its longer than like a zoomer, but not too long. its perfect for providign resistance but your still able to do a almost race tempo kick. I used them for all different strokes. They fit really good, they are really compfortable. One thing i noticed is that with the speedo biofused fins that my feet seem to kinda sink because they are heavy but these are perfectly light and strong. They seem to have been really holding up after the first year. But we will just have to see if they stay like that. Over all they have been really good. Compfy, durable, light, fit good, help me kick better too. If you are questioning these dont they are great.

I think the length seems a little short, but the width is very narrow. However, I would rather have them a little snug than slip and cause blisters. II wear a 12 and I ordered the 11-13 size. I wish they were a little bigger, however, I tried the next size from our equipment room, and the width felt better, but the heel slipped slightly - I am sure that would cause some problems in a longer set with them. I like the size of the fin itself (not too short and not too long). However, I feel like I get as much propulsion from these as much longer fins. I can also do a quicker kick than I can with longer fins.
