The fins helped me to improve my kick. I use them to practice the freestyle kick. Can't wait to try them in open water.
I bought the fins to improve my kicks, which are actually very bad. I can't tell yet that it helps, because I just started, but the fins feel good. The fins are really soft around the foot, so they are nice to wear, and the rest is very rigid. You can get great speed with them. I like them so far, however, I don't like the size system. I first had 7-9, which should have been perfect, since I ususally wear 8-9. However, my toes were sticking out at the front and squeezed so much that it really hurt already after a view moments. Now I have 9-11. They fit quite well, but are a bit too big, so that I sometimes (not very often) almost slip out when pushing off the wall. I think, to have three sizes in one fin does not make much sense anyway, they should change that! You will always have problems when your feet are just in between the two size ranges, if they span 3 sizes!
I thought these would be difficult to put on. I use them in the pool. They slide right on, Easy Peasy, in the water. I'm not a good swimmer but these make it easy.
I wear a size 12 shoe and got a 11-13 size fin, WAY too small
Great for resistance training or just plain fun.
I wasn't sure which size to buy my son is a 91/2and these fit great!
