These fitness gloves work great . They stay on well with the Velcro around the wrist and provide the perfect resistance for a good aquatic workout.

I had a pair of these TYR swim gloves for three years, with use about 1X per week. I was very satisfied with them. The fabric eventually sagged out and I bought a pair of Speedo gloves, since I could not find TYR gloves at my store. Speedo gloves - the fit was too tight; poorly gripped the wrists; the rubber palms degraded and split within 4 months.
The new TYR gloves appear as good as the previous TYR gloves.

You really feel the resistance, I do laps and other aqua exercises with them and you can really feel the difference. Arms get a great workout.

I have been using these gloves for over a year and they still feel like new. I jog in the water and these really add a lot of resistance to my workout. I highly recommend this product!

I love these swim gloves and I am on my second pair. This is the first pair I purchased without trying on. I will not do this in the future as these gloves run large for women's hands. The last pair, that I bought and tried on, were Medium, and fit fine. I ordered these in a Medium and they are too roomy.

These really improve the upper body workout during water aerobics. I like this model better than any others I've tried.
