I have a shoulder injury and this board helps alot because it's lighter weight than the regular boards. It doesn't push the shoulders up
perhaps i put too much pressure on this board. it's only mediocre to me
This board was recommended by my swim coach and is definately worth the money. It keeps your body in a streamlined position and flys through the water. I've been swimming for 15 years - wish I hadn't waited so long to get one.
Things that are great - it streamlines you and takes pressure off your shoulders.Things that aren't great - my neck gets sore from this position the kickboard puts you in.
This board is great, lightweight to carry, and very buoyant in the water. I use it after or as a break between a set of laps. I use it while on my stomach and I like to kick on my back with it supporting my head.
I am swimming a program at my pool --Swim the Great Lakes-- I'm swimming Lake Superior now --900 Laps this Kickboard is awesomenice to hang on to easy to slice through the water I love it!
