great suit. very thin, lightweight material dies faster and packs smaller than lycra. fit is good and tight. very good drawcord ties easilly and stays tied without a big bulky knot. very comfortable. best of all, its very inexpensive compared to almost anything by speedo or tyr. very pleased with these.
I lap swim five days a week and I am always looking for a swim suit that will maintain its integrity, this suit so far seems to have that potential. I like the light weight and pliability of the material, and the construction of the suit and its seams are more than approiate. If this suit will last over time , at least six months, then I will be more than a happy customer.
I swim about 2 miles a week, have tried Speedo, TYR, Nike, and SwimOutlet's briefs, and these are my least favorite. The fabric feels paper-like with very little give to it. They seem to be sturdy and look as if they will last, but I prefer all the other brand briefs before this one. The cut and style is very nice, but because of the fabric they are not very comfortable.
Royal color tends to fade quickly. Bought black this time and will see what happens.
I use this suit for lap swimming and I think it is great. Because the fabric is so thin, it dries very fast. Also, it fits very well. Initially, I thought the suits ran small, but I'm rethinking that - they just are tighter than average. So, while I would recommend this suit to swimmers who are in pretty good shape (i.e., thin), I'm not sure how well it would work for those who are a few pounds overweight. I don't use the suit in competition and so I cannot comment on how "fast" it is. But, if you are looking for a "daily driver" suit that is easy and convenient, then I can definitely recommend this one.
This thing is perfect. I only had a little bit of money to get a suit so i bought this one. And out of all the speedos i have worn in the past(other than bodyskins) this is my favorite, i will probably continue buying these.
