Takes the chlorine out. You still need to use a separate conditioner, especially for thick hair.

I bought this shampoo hoping it would be a great fix for my hair, which became dry and damaged from chlorinated water at the swimming pool. What a disappointment! No matter how many times I wash my hair with this shampoo after swimming, it still smells and feels chlorinated. It simply does not work as advertised.

Good product for when one needs to remove the chlorine quickly. Provides enough conditioning in between normal shampoo/conditioner routine.

This is most definitely NOT a One-Step shampoo. I have found it necessary to use a THIRD application with a good conditioner in order to get satisfactory results. Obviously, this product needs to be re-evaluated and tested in order to add extra contents to get the appropriate effect.
