i took advice and ordered up. I'm usually a size 6 in jeans so i went with the Medium swim bottoms. they fit well with good coverage but sits higher up on the hip causing my lovely muffin top to appear! Once i lose some weight, it'll look great! Right now, i use it under a one piece to create drag.
it ended up fitting me fine, but if in the future i purchase this brand i will buy a size up

if' you're wavering on size, I'd opt for one size larger. great product!
