This is tight but that 's the purpose. My daughter normally wears a 26 and we did purchase a 26. It did loosen a little when wet but she would not want a bigger size.

My daughter just purchased a size 28 speedo and we were told that this suit would need to be 1 size smaller. In our experience, the 26 did not fit and we had to send back to get the size 28. I recommend to either try this suit on somewhere before you order it cause I saw many people say to purchase one size smaller than what you would normally wear, but in our case it was not true.

Reconsider Before Ordering "Black/HotPink" Color |

I've seen this suit in person at many of my meets. Lots of my friends have the color that's labeled as "Black/HotPink". It doesn't look like how it does in the picture at all. When it gets wet, the pink turns completely into red. Even when the suit is completely dry, it still doesn't look very pink, still more of a red. You might want to order a different color if you originally wanted to order the hot pink.

i use this suit at every competition now, and it is great! it is very flexible, but also body-hugging at the same time, and the only uncomfortable spot is the spot on the side of the hips. the only thing i dislike about this suit is that it is hard to get on. but other than that, i highly recommend this suit! :D

My parents surprised me with this for Christmas after I joked that this is what I wanted. I thought there was no way they would buy it for me. But they did. Since they didn't want me to find out about it, they couldn't ask me my suit size so they looked at the boxes from my most recent practice suits, which I got in a size 30. Thats what size they got me. Tried it on and it fits good, but could be much tighter. It wasn't too difficult to get on but was tighter on me in the bottom than in the top. Returning it for a size 28 like all my other competition suits but am a little nervous the bottom will now be too tight, even if the top fits better. (I am 18, 5'3", 120 lbs, size 3/4 jeans, and 34C if that helps anyone make a comparison. I know I always look for that type of info when reading others' reviews)
