I got this for my 7 year old grandson who is taking swimming lessons. We watched it together and at his next lessons I notice he was trying to use some of the things he saw in the video. It is a very good learning tool and I would recommend it to anyone that is teaching a child to swim or even if they are in a swim class.

I ordered this DVD for the lifeguards at our city pool in the recreation department, they reviewed it and it seemed to give them good tips on teaching swim lessons to the youth of our community.
I was told by their supervisor that it was exactly what they needed.

My daughter watched this video and started trying to kick in the water just like the little girl in the video. It was great! The video is very informative and gives helpful tips on how to teach your children certain things while in the water.
