The internet instructions for this product are very user friendly and the pictures are very helpful.  I have a hard time getting a good stretch and using this strap has been very helpful in relieving trigger point pain in my back and neck as well as getting a good stretch.

I use the iron rails of my staircase to set up the three different levels for performing the stretches.  

I liked this product so much that I purchased a strap for my sister who also has back/neck pain.
