Product stated that it runs small - so I bought a large even though I usually wear a medium. The large fit's fine, but I think the medium would have been okay too. The internal bra is the best I've seen - it was very supportive! The only thing I would change if given the opportunity is the length - I'd make it longer- by at least two inches - so there isn't so much of me between my tri-shorts and tri-top.
