My daughter loves this mermaid tail, but if your child isn't a good swimmer, don't leave her alone with it on.  It is hard to swim in.  Fun to pretent with, just not a great swim tool.

My 7 year old loves her Finis Mermaid Swim Fin. It took her longer than expected to adjust the fit (and some additional time to learn to use it without having it fall off), but that was part of the fun. She's spent hours in the pool with it, and has even bought one as a gift for a friend's upcoming birthday! For any dedicated mermaid, this is a must-have!

Note: Ours had a little sharp edge on the outside fin (not the foot side) which caused scrapes to her little fingers, prior to our sanding it smooth.

Our 9 yr, old daughter has had a great time trying out her new fins.  We took them to a water park and she and her friends had a blast wearing the fins pretending to be mermaids.  One of her friends actually had them last summer and we looked EVERYWHERE for them.  I m so glad to have found them and at a cheaper price through Swim Outlet.  It's such a novel idea and the girls have had so much fun pretending.  They seem very durable.  We plan to take them to Florida to test out in the ocean, this summer!

I got this for my six year old daughter and she loves it!!! Good for splashing pool fun.

This fin is a perfect present for a child in love with either mermaids or dolphins.  Our daughter asked Santa for fins so she could swim like a dolphin.  She is going to be SO excited.  The product is sturdy and looks well made.
